Your appointments are essential to the members of Bare Bodies Sugaring; it is reserved especially for you. However, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Less than 24- hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount.
We understand the time of the month is sensitive and can sometimes be a challenge and unpredictable. Here at Bare Bodies, we encourage you to come in for your scheduled appointment; if you are comfortable, we more than welcome it. We also provide sanitary napkins, wipes, and tampons in each treatment room. If you are not comfortable, please plan accordingly, as we will still charge you a cancellation fee for same-day cancellation.
Bare Bodies Sugaring policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days before your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
All deposits are non-refundable whether booked via online, phone, text, and email. Please be aware Bare Bodies Sugaring policy can be updated at any time, and all updates will be available for all present and future clients.
Once Products are purchased, there will be NO REFUNDS. We can exchange any untampered products if you no longer want the product.
Bare Beauties, we thank you for the continued support and love that you show Bare Bodies. As we roll into the spring and summer season, we expect a high volume of clients booking. We appreciate you being on time for your appointment. If you are running behind, please give us a call. As always, we try to accommodate our clients and their unexpected life scenarios. Understanding life happens, we offer our clients a 10 minute grace period. If you are running more than 10 minutes, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available timeslot.
