Cancellation Policy
Bare Bodies Sugaring has a STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR Cancellation policy.
- Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.
- Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment.
- We have a working waiting list and want to allow new and existing clients to make an appointment.
- Less than 24-hour notice will result in charge of $100 OR 100% of the reserved service amount
- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.
- When Booking an appointment, You need a valid card on file to secure your appointment.
- All services not canceled 24 hours in advance will be subjected to 100% of the reserved service amount.
Menstrual Cycle
We understand the time of the month is sensitive and can sometimes be a challenge and unpredictable. Here at Bare Bodies, we encourage you to come in for your scheduled appointment; if you are comfortable, we more than welcome it. We also provide sanitary napkins, wipes, and tampons in each treatment room. If you are not comfortable, please plan accordingly, as we will still charge you a cancellation fee for same-day cancellation.
Bare Bodies Sugaring policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for our established and future clientele.
Confirmation Calls
As a courtesy, we will call and confirm your service appointments two business days before your appointment date. However, if we cannot reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and the cancellation fee.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable whether booked via online, phone, text, and email. Please be aware Bare Bodies Sugaring policy can be updated at any time, and all updates will be available for all present and future clients.
Product Policy
Once Products are purchased, there will be NO REFUNDS. We can exchange any untampered products if you no longer want the product.
Late Policy
Bare Beauties, we thank you for the continued support and love that you show Bare Bodies. As we roll into the spring and summer season, we expect a high volume of clients booking. We appreciate you being on time for your appointment. If you are running behind, please give us a call. As always, we try to accommodate our clients and their unexpected life scenarios. Understanding life happens, we offer our clients a 10 minute grace period. If you are running more than 10 minutes, we will reschedule your appointment to the next available timeslot. Thank you for understanding in advance; we look forward to seeing you!
